Our History – New Holland Branch

Dutch Valley Food Development, Inc., started from seeds that were sown when Stoltzfus Kountry Kitchen (SKK) first began manufacturing quality desserts in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The company evolved into a full line co-packer of gourmet, quality jarred goods while continuing dessert manufacturing for a wide regional distribution. The expansion led to the formation of ICC Foods, which was acquired in October 2011 by Dutch Valley Food Distributors, Inc., the company’s largest customer. This acquisition led to the formation of J & A Foods, which is now Dutch Valley Food Development, New Holland Division. The small, hometown manufacturing business of the past has grown into one of the premier packers in the region, producing a wide variety of jarred goods under our own labels, as well as other unique items for both private-labeled and brand-named customers in the Northeast region of the United States.
